Why MySnapFitness.Com is SO COOL!

Home Page!
So I'm sitting here, wondering why more people don't religiously play around on their www.mysnapfitness.com personal webpages.  I mean, seriously.  It tracks the number of times you've visited the club each month (and if you come as often as I do, you get some pretty awesome "Snappies" as awards that you can share with your friends on Facebook... pretty sweet).  It tells you your easyFIT points, and if you enter your weight daily, it'll track that for you as well!

My Club!  As club manager, I have an advantage, as I am here 6 days per week...
In terms of easyFIT, it'll track the monthly race to the finish for the most easyFIT points in the club.  Right now Carly is killing us so far this month!  But on your homepage, you can select "calories burned," "easyFIT points," or "easyFIT zones" to show you how hard you're working every day.  It tells you the amount of time you spend in each of the Life/Health/Sport zones, and the number of calories burned in doing so.

easyFIT competition!
Your mysnapfitness.com personal web page ALSO shows you what your resting metabolic rate is (calories burned at rest), so you know how many calories you should consume per day to "break even."  It gets more intense and intricate as you delve into the nutrition-side of the site.

Here are some screen shots showing more information on the nutrition programs:
Nutrition!
They have a food log journal where you can track what you eat, which is really cool.
Nutrition Plan!
This is another shot of the online food tracking journal.
Meal Plan!
They gave me some ideas for meals, and I believe you can have access to the recipes, so with a little planning, you don't have to worry.  It even took my gluten-free issues into consideration (along with my dislike for anchovies)!

Here are some exercise screen shots (Looks like today is a rest day... have they been watching me???  How did they know??)  Sorry I don't have any activity planned for you to see here today. :
Rest Day :(

Questions they ask before you start!

I've attached the screen shots of my personal page just for you, so you can see what you're getting into.  It's definitely worth exploring and trying out!  Let me know if you have any questions about how to set it up, how to track your workouts, and how to track your nutrition.  It's pretty neat!!
