Snap Fitness in Avon, CT is under the ownership of Michele Welcome, and the place is ROCKING! We've added new classes, created a front lounge area, and added some "Michele Approved" menus at local restaurants around town! We are located in the heart of Avon on Route 44 (across from Wal-Mart) and we are open every day from 5 AM - 12 Midnight! We have ELITE staff and certified personal trainers who help our members see faster results!

WE HAVE A NEW NUMBER ONE IN THE CHALLENGE!!!
Missy has surpassed Carly in the Lose Weight Challenge!!!! She is BEYOND excited, and it is our first NEW number one since... well, since the challenge began at the beginning of March!

Keep up the great work everyone!! We are excited to see you all competing, and we hope this will inspire all of you to really push for the next three weeks!!! We have some serious money to donate to Gifts of Love!!! :)
