We've added new classes, created a front lounge area, and added some "Michele Approved" menus at local restaurants around town! We are located in the heart of Avon on Route 44 (across from Wal-Mart) and we are open every day from 5 AM - 12 Midnight! This is the first generation with a shorter life expectancy than the last. Our children are obese. And it is ALL preventable.
