From People For Bikes: PFB reaches 500,000 supporters!

Just over two years ago, we launched PeopleForBikes.org with the goal of collecting one million pledges for a better future for bicycling. We are thrilled to report that we officially hit the halfway mark this past weekend at Bike Expo New York. PeopleForBikes.org now stands 500,000 riders strong!
To celebrate this milestone, we called upon America's bicycling superhero, Mr. Rex T. Rider. With his help, we can inspire Americans everywhere to lend their name to our important cause. Watch Rex work his magic in the video below.

Thank you for taking us to 500,000 names. A group of this size has considerable clout. When we ask you to speak up on behalf of bicycling, Congress listens.
Still, we're only halfway to our goal of one million supporters. We can't leave it up to Rex T. Rider to get these pledges himself. We need to help our mustachioed hero make bicycling better for all Americans by asking a friend, a coworker, or a family member to sign the PeopleForBikes.org pledge. If every current PFB supporter got one person to sign the pledge, we could reach one million supporters this year.
Happy riding,
