3 Steps to Stay Motivated During Week 2

Did anyone else get this in their inbox??  Keep checking out Trainer Chad's blog posts!  They will definitely help you reach your goals!! 6 weeks to go!!

I hope everyone enjoyed the chair massages from Paula over at Avon Massage.  We have her information at the Member Rewards table in the club, if you're interested in more of her services.  Wellness Evaluations went well over the weekend, and now we can look forward to the Bagel Deli of Canton AND Robeks of West Hartford this coming Saturday morning!!

In terms of our club's "Donate Your Weight" challenge, Carly is still holding strong at #1, but we have a strong contender in the #2 spot RIGHT on her heels!!  If they had easyFIT's, it would be easier for us to follow their progress and cheer them on on their MySnapFitness pages!
