Michele's Monday Update February 18, 2013



Good Morning & Happy Monday!  Are you all ready to ROCK this week or what?  I know I am!  Many have the day off today so come on into the club for a workout -- and don't forget Tynan's 6pm boot camp class tonight!

Here are this week's announcements:

1. **DATE CHANGE** to the free meet and greet and Isagenix seminar with Cathy Savage (world renown competition prep coach, Oxygen magazine contributor, choreographer).  Due to overwhelming response/requests/scheduling conflicts, Cathy will be coming from Boston this Saturday (Feb 23rd) at 12:30pm (instead of Wednesday) FOR YOU!  She's a firecracker so you'll enjoy not only learning about Isagenix AND NUTRITION, you'll love her personality.  Come hungry because The Meat House in Avon is donating lunch! Woo!



2. Also I'm excited to announce that this coming Saturday at 9am we will have a GUEST Cardio Kickboxing Instructor coming to Snap for a special class!  Lynne Johanson is not only a friend of mine, she is a sought after instructor with a long list of credentials --- so if you are up for a fun workout and trying something different, sign up for this ONE TIME ONLY class at the front desk with Jessica!  The class rates are the same so there is NO EXTRA CHARGE for those who are already paying the $15/month unlimited for all classes.  If you would like to drop into this class and are not on the unlimited plan, it's just a $5 cost for members and $10 for non-members.  All are welcome --- so let's make this a huge class and show Lynne how Snap members get it done!

3a. Have you tried my guilt-free protein pancakes at The Village Cafe in Canton yet?  They are made with (among other things) oats, egg whites....and get this.....PROTEIN POWDER....you have to taste them to believe how good they are.  Be sure to stop in weekdays before 11:30 (if you have the day off - head on over this morning!) and weekends before 2pm to give them a try.  Special freshly juiced veggie/fruit juice and my favorite egg dish are also featured there.  




3b. Be sure to take a picture of you with your breakfast at The Village ---- the most fun/outrageous picture this week WINS A PRIZE!  (I just envisioned the Harlem Shake -- if you don't know what I'm talking about, YouTube it!).  So let's see what you've got -- stop in this week and tag us on Facebook -- www.facebook.com/snapfitnessavonct or email us at avonct@snapfitness.com :)

4. Thank you to all who have been bringing a change of shoes prior to working out.  The salt will especially make the treadmills slick and dangerous so even if it's not snowing, please bring extra shoes.  The parking lot still has salt everywhere so it's important to change shoes.  THANK YOU! 

5.  Please rack your weights :)
