Hello Snap Avon!
We've now passed the May
mark and it's a perfect time to freshen up the workout routine. There is
a lot of buzz in the club about Katey's extra attention to member needs and
coming up with specialized programs to address specific goals (any golfers out
there? Special programs just for golfers!). So if you are bored to tears
with the gym, contact the club to schedule a FREE assessment with Katey -- and
let her create a custom plan!
Now for this week's
announcements:
1. Brian's
Challenge officially kicked off last Wednesday and it's been exciting to watch
the teams cheer for each other! I was so impressed with Arlene whipping
those ropes on Sunday --- crazy! Annnnnnnnnnnd she is 59 years old so
don't think you can't be a rock star at any age. Woot Woot!

2. Did you catch
Mark from La Trattoria and myself on the Better Connecticut tv show this
week? We had a great time with Scot and Kara talking about our dinner
menu. You can watch the segment here:
3.. REMINDER that
Katey's Wednesday yoga class is at 5pm. I encourage you to give her class
a try - everyone so far loves the changes she made to the format of the
class. Many are also booking private sessions with her as well.
4. Struggling with
your nutrition? Reach out to me -- I'm creating custom nutrition
plans. Hiren Patel is down 10lbs in 6 weeks, Karen Patane has lost an
inch in her waist in 6 weeks at 58 years old), and the list goes on. I'm
less than 8 weeks out from the Pro Figure stage in Miami.....ONLY nutrition is
getting me there. Training is the same as I do all year round. So I
have a lot of experience with this and would love to help YOU. I've
created a private support group on Facebook as well so if you would like to be
included please contact me.
5. Speaking of
nutrition and making it EASY for you, The Meat House lunch menu launches
Saturday May 11th! Attached is a copy of the menu. YUM!
