We've added new classes, created a front lounge area, and added some "Michele Approved" menus at local restaurants around town! We are located in the heart of Avon on Route 44 (across from Wal-Mart) and we are open every day from 5 AM - 12 Midnight! HBO's Weight of the Nation Video #2: The Impact of Obesity on the Heart
This is disgusting. And scary. And preventable. Watch and learn, then talk to your doctor about ways to prevent this not only in yourself, but your family members and friends. We have to set the tone for the next generation today. No if's, and's, or but's about it. We need action NOW.

This is the first generation with a shorter life expectancy than the last. Our children are obese. And it is ALL preventable.
