We heard that one of our regulars injured her pelvis in a cycling accident, and we wanted to send her a little get well soon note. The back of the card is almost full, but if you stop in soon to sign it, we're mailing it out tomorrow morning!
Snap Fitness in Avon, CT is under the ownership of Michele Welcome, and the place is ROCKING! We've added new classes, created a front lounge area, and added some "Michele Approved" menus at local restaurants around town!
