Snap Fitness in Avon, CT is under the ownership of Michele Welcome, and the place is ROCKING! We've added new classes, created a front lounge area, and added some "Michele Approved" menus at local restaurants around town! We are located in the heart of Avon on Route 44 (across from Wal-Mart) and we are open every day from 5 AM - 12 Midnight! We have ELITE staff and certified personal trainers who help our members see faster results!
